Full-paper instructions
In order to make your full paper, the Scientific Committee recommends:
• Paper must be submitted between October 10 and November 30, following the Web of Conferences Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e templates: instructions 17 x 25 cm 1-column and guidelines to authors (downloadable below)
• Papers length between 6 and 10 pages
• Make sure that you do not use product name or company names in the title of the paper
• Make sure that you do not use product name or company names more than once in the paper (subject to refusal of paper).
Recommendation for the Conference:
• 2 presentations maximum by the same author
• Registration from one author must be confirmed at the Conference to be published.
To submit your full paper, just log to your profile page with your last name and your reference. Click on the button « Edit my full paper ».
The deadline to submit the full paper is fixed to 28 February 2025.
IMPORTANT : by default, the corresponding author is the presenter. If the presenter is a co-author, click on the « Edit » button face to the co-author and click on « Is the presenter ».
Oral presentation instructions
Dear author,
Please find the instructions for oral presentation and upload the presentation template below:
• Your presentation will last 12 minutes + 3 minutes of questions _ in power point format + page numbering
• Make sure you upload your presentation in your profile by August 25th
• Do not exceed 12 and 15 slides (1 per minute)
• Company/organization and product names must not appear more than once in the presentation
• Speaker shall upload before August 25th a really short CV presentation pdf (3-4 sentences to help the chair of the session)
